However, after careful evaluation, we have decided to consolidate our operations to ensure a more secure and reliable service for all of our customers.

What’s Changing?

Until now, many of the data centers we offered were based on reseller partnerships with upstream providers. Unfortunately, we have identified significant risks and challenges associated with these suppliers, including security concerns and operational inconsistencies.

Starting today, we will gradually cease cooperation with these upstream providers to focus on offering high-quality services directly managed by I9VPS.

Your Options Moving Forward

To minimize any inconvenience to our customers, we are offering the following options:

  1. Migrate to Our Los Angeles Data Center

    • We will assist you with a seamless migration to our fully-managed Los Angeles data center.
    • This will require only an IP address change while keeping your data and configurations intact.
    • As a token of our appreciation, we are offering one month of free service as compensation for the migration.

  2. Manage Your Current Server Directly

    • If you prefer to continue using your current data center, we can guide you through registering a direct account with our upstream supplier.
    • Once completed, we will hand over your server to you, giving you full control and management of the machine.

How to Proceed?

Please contact our support team at your earliest convenience to let us know your preferred option. Our team will ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your services.

Timeline

The migration process will begin immediately, and we aim to complete it over the next few weeks. Rest assured, we will work closely with each customer to ensure a hassle-free experience.
